Back by popular demand: an old favourite starter of Bury Black Pudding with smoked bacon, grain mustard dressing and a poached egg has returned to the menu. Strawberry Roulade has been replaced by Raspberry. Otherwise the menu is the same as June. Top summer sellers so far include the delicious Loin of Spring Lamb from Mansergh hall, and Scallops, served simply with blanched samphire and a lemon butter.. Don't forget to take advantage of our midweek offer of a half price dessert with every main course purchased. Whether customers have a starter or not, they are entitled to a half price dessert on a tuesday wednesday and thursday evening.
